I had been working with a different realtor (not part of Lindsey), who knew I was crunched on time; however, they would take almost a full day to get back with me, and weren't helpful. My new boss recommended Nicki Rogers, and I truly owe him! Nicki was a complete advocate for us. Talk about going out of her way to help us, every single day. I probably texted or called her daily about properties and she immediately got back to me. On top of that, the house we ended up buying was new construction with some significant yard issues and Nicki communicated back and forth with the builder and the agents to make sure I was taken care of. After we closed, there were still issues, and Nicki continued communicating with me and with the builders to make sure I was still being taken care of... AFTER CLOSE. That is unheard of. I'm telling you..... If you want a realtor who will be an advocate for you in NWA, I highly recommend Nicki and I will never use anyone else in this area. Keep in mind, that this review isn't coming from some long-time friend. I just met her... But she gained a customer for life because of her hard work and dedication to her clients."
