How do I talk to a real person on Boost Mobile customer service? ›

If you're part of a multi-line plan, you can't make any changes to your plan in the BoostOne app yet. Chat with us or call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun to change your plan.

Boost Mobile is an American wireless service provider owned by Dish Wireless. It uses the Dish, AT&T and T-Mobile networks to deliver wireless services.

You have 60 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full, including any Extras you have on your account, or your account will be canceled and you'll lose any funds in your account balance and your phone number.

If you miss your monthly payment, your service will be suspended. You have 90 days to make your payment and restore your service. Please note that restoring service may take up to an hour after full payment is received. If you don't make a payment within 90 days, your account will be canceled.

Funds are withdrawn from accounts on monthly payment date & when incidental services are used (e.g., third-party content purchase). Insufficient funds will result in service suspension; accounts must become current within 120 days of suspension or account will be cancelled and funds and the phone number will be lost.

Dish Wireless acquired Boost Mobile in 2020 and because Boost is an MVNO they piggyback their signal off of Dish Wireless's towers instead of having their own.

If you're looking to switch to Boost Mobile, you'll need to make sure your phone is compatible with their SIM card. Fortunately, most carriers are compatible with Boost Mobile, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon. This means that you should be able to keep your current phone and just switch out the SIM card.
